“1号家庭”使用条款
1. 条款
通过使用“1号家庭”(以下简称“App”)，您即表示您同意遵守本使用条款、所有适用的法律法规，并同意您有责任遵守所有适用的当地法律。如果您不同意这些条款中的任何一条，您将被禁止使用本应用程序。本应用程序中包含的材料受适用的版权和商标法的保护。
2. 使用许可
本应用只准许暂时下载该等资料(资料或软件)的一个复本，供个人、非商业用途的暂时阅览。这是授予许可,而不是产权转移,在本授权下你可能不: (1)修改或复制材料; (2)使用任何商业用途的材料,或任何公开展示(商业或非商业); (3)试图反编译或逆向工程中包含的任何软件应用程序; (4)删除任何版权或其他专有符号的材料; (5)将材料转移到另一个人或任何其他服务器上的镜像的材料。 本授权将自动终止,如果你违反了这些限制,随时可以终止“1号家庭”。在您终止浏览这些材料或在本授权终止时，您必须销毁您所拥有的任何下载材料，无论是电子的还是打印的。

在任何情况下，即使“1号家庭”授权代表已被口头或书面告知可能发生的任何损害，“1号家庭”或其供应商也不应对因“1号家庭”内部使用或无法使用“应用程序”和“材料”而导致的任何损害(包括但不限于数据或利润损失或业务中断)承担责任。由于某些司法管辖区不允许限制默示保证，或限制相应的或附带的损害赔偿责任，这些限制可能不适用于您。
5. 准确的材料
出现在“1号家庭”的材料可能包括技术、印刷或摄影错误。“1号家庭”不保证其网站上的任何资料是准确、完整或最新的。“1号家庭”可随时更改其网站上的资料，恕不另行通知。但是“1号家庭”并没有做出任何更新资料的承诺。
6. 修改

7. 适用法律和争议解决

Terms of Use for No.1 Family
1. Terms
By using No.1 Family (the "App"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: (1) modify or copy the materials; (2) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); (3) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the app; (4) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or (5) transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by No.1 Family at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
(1) The materials within No.1 Family App are provided on an 'as is' basis. No.1 Family makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. (2) Further, No.1 Family does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials within the app.
4. Limitations
In no event shall No.1 Family or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within No.1 Family, even if No.1 Family authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing within No.1 Family could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. No.1 Family does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. No.1 Family may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However No.1 Family does not make any commitment to update the materials.
6. Modifications
No.1 Family may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using the App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
7. Governing Law and Disputes Resolution
Except to the extent that: (i) any applicable additional terms incorporated into these Terms provide differently, or (ii) the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise, the Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement will be governed by the laws of the People’s Republican of China. Any dispute, controversy or claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Agreement, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and the place of arbitration shall be in Beijing. Within the valid period for the arbitration, such arbitration tribunal shall subject to the arbitration rules of the CIETAC in effect at the time of the arbitration. The award of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the two parties.
